🧊 Phin iced milk coffee
- 2 tbsp condensed milk in a glass
- 20 g Ayden wood-roasted beans, medium-coarse grind, in the phin
- Bloom with 20 ml hot water, wait 30 s, top up to 90 ml
- Stir and pour over plenty of ice

🥛 Bac xiu (milky coffee)
- 1 tbsp condensed milk + 80 ml fresh milk
- Add ice
- Gently pour a small shot of phin coffee on top
- Enjoy the layers, then stir

🧂 Salted cream coffee
- Brew a strong phin (60 ml) over 1 tbsp condensed milk
- Whip 50 ml cream + a pinch of sea salt until soft
- Add ice to the coffee
- Spoon the salted cream on top - do not stir, sip through it

🍊 Orange & lemongrass cold brew
- 100 g coarse grind + 1 l cold water, steep 12 h in the fridge
- Strain
- 120 ml cold brew over ice
- Top with 40 ml orange juice and a bruised lemongrass stalk

🍵 Green dirty matcha
- Whisk 2 g matcha with 40 ml warm water
- Fill a glass with ice and 120 ml milk
- Pour the matcha over the milk
- Float a shot of coffee (or 2 tsp Ayden cold-dried coffee in 30 ml water) on top
